Healthcare Regional Sales Manager - Central & Western US Territory

The Groupe Lacasse Healthcare Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, securing and maintaining relationships with new and existing Healthcare clients to generate business opportunities and revenue for the company. This role requires a self-starter mentality, as the salesperson will be responsible for researching and identifying potential new Healthcare clients, networking, and making cold calls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote the sale and specification of Neocase and Groupe Lacasse branded products within potential Healthcare (End User) projects, select Contract Dealers, and the independent design community to influence specifications/selection of the Neocase and Groupe Lacasse Healthcare product offering.
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for generating new business opportunities and meeting sales targets.
  • Identify and research potential healthcare clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective healthcare clients, including networking and calling activities.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to ensure that all proposals and presentations are aligned with client needs.
  • Prepare and conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective healthcare clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports including tracking and analyzing sales data to generate forecasts and identify opportunities.
  • Regularly communicate with management to provide updates on sales activities and progress toward targets. 


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • PC proficiency required, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Fluent & practiced in Social Networking applications (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
  • Office administration and management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Individuals considered for this role will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field and a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Healthcare and contract furniture-related sales.
  • Candidates must have superior communication skills, be strong, outgoing leaders and builders of consensus, and be able to gain access to key influencers within the market and key individuals at the influencer locations preferred.
  • Other requirements include having own transportation, a valid driver's license.
