Proposition 65 from California

Companies doing business in California need to be aware of and comply with Proposition 65, the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986.

In order to meet these requirements, Groupe Lacasse has examined the list of its components to determine which products must be identified. The only components at risk are some upholsteries. All products made with these upholsteries are therefore labeled in accordance with California Proposition 65 requirements.
