Summary of the problem
Groupe Lacasse is a North American leader in the design and manufacture of commercial and institutional furniture. The Saint-Pie based company generates more than 75% of its sales in the United States. Sold in 2000 to the American group Haworth, the company was bought back in 2012 by Sylvain Garneau, President and CEO, Guy Lacasse, its founder, and his son Robin Lacasse. The new owners quickly began a vast project to transform the company and improve its manufacturing performances. Their goal? Build the factory of the future by integrating the most innovative technologies.
